The Southeast Texas Junior Tour was founded by PGA Professional Ed Campbell in 2001 as an affordable opportunity for junior golfers in Southeast Texas to continue to play competitive golf during the winter months.  

The Southeast Texas Junior Tour consists of five weekly tournaments as well as a season ending Tour Championship.  Players earn player of the year points based on their weekly finish within their respective age division.

 

Eligibility Requirements

• Boys and Girls Age 8-18 (Age as of 3/1/08)

  • Age 16-18 (18 Holes)

  • Age 14-15 (18 Holes)

  • Age 12-13 (18 Holes)

  • Age 10-11 (9 Holes - Forward Tees)

  • Age 8-9 (6 Holes - Modified Tees)

• Contestants must meet ONE of the following requirements:

  • Passed the STPGA Skills Test

  • Passed the HGA Skills Test

  • Participated in the Little Linksters Program

  • Participated in past Southeast Texas Junior Tour Events

  • Be active member of high school golf team.

  • Take and pass a skills test at Babe Zaharias Golf Course.
